My name is Chris Semar, I am an East Texas native, after high school, volunteered to join the Army in 1991 and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm campaigns for the 82nd Airborne. After my service, I worked for various other contractors where we focused on different aspects of the building process. During those years, I developed specialty skills in framing, windows, cabinetry, trim, roofing, painting, sheetrock, and light plumbing/electrical. I can take a blueprint and successfully implement the job meeting all building codes for residential and commercial properties. I am an advocate of communication with the customer early and often as the job progresses so customer expectations are met.
As a remodeling contractor, you will be working directly with me, on larger jobs, we may leverage our skilled network of sub-contractors. These sub-contractors have been proven to be professional and can complete work to code and under my direction. In the event sub-contractors are used, they will always work under my close supervision. For new home builds, we will need to hire out the foundation, plumbing, electrical, and sewer. Each of these will also be completed under my supervision to ensure the jobs meet code, installed properly, and will meet customer expectation.
